Not everyone wants a pillow that sinks down. TEMPUR-Neck has a firm, sculpted profile, which makes it an interesting option for people who prefer a defined shape. The brand positions it for back and side sleepers. We have not tested it ourselves.
Small refers to profile height, not simply a shorter pillow. Tempur-Pedic recommends measuring from the neck to the outside of the shoulder and comparing that measurement with its sizing guide. The right fit depends on your proportions and sleeping position; this is not a promise to relieve pain.
